Sometime last summer, I found a video of another ski team using a GoPro water proof HD video camera attached directly to the forehead one of the skiers. As a photographer, I simply had to have some of these to supplement my photos of the Mad-City Water Ski Team and the Beaverland Must-Skis Water Ski Team. We are now ready to show you what the skiers see! Seen here is the skiers perspective: On skis, on shoulders and right behind the boat.

Now many of you have seen the show and my photos taken from the shoreline, but very few of you have seen the show the way the skiers see the show… and that is from on the water.

For those that don’t know, Mad-City’s ski site is right in the heart of Madison on the isthmus. We ski our practices and shows at Law Park next to the Monona Terrace on Lake Monona, so some of the footage in the videos of downtown Madison from the water are pretty impressive. There is sound, so crank it up and enjoy!

The Mad-City Ski Team Goes To China - Fall 2012

In September of 2012, the Mad-City Ski Team from Madison, WI had an opportunity to once again ski in China. Posted here is a video done
using only a camera attached to one of the skiers head. Matayla from Mad-Ski was gracious enough to take one of my cameras
to China with her and use it during some of her acts. Enjoy!

Team USA Won The World Water Ski Title on September 16, 2012

On September 16, 2012, Water Ski Team USA won the World Title. Here is a short clip from the view as seen by the water skiers out on the water doing their acts. The first segment features a Sky Ski otherwise known as an Air Chair. The camera is mounted on the tip of the water ski. The second segment features the Ending Pyramid where the camera is strapped to the head of the girl climbing to the top of a double 4 person high pyramid. Enjoy!

Mad-City Ski Team - First Tine Ever - 5 High Pyramid - September 5, 2012

The Mad-City Water Ski Show Team is seen here executing an act they have never successfully done before. Create a 5 person high human pyramid
on water. This video was created using 2 water proof video cameras. One was mounted low on the tip of the center ski, and the other camera was
